Shipping policy
I aim to ship all orders as soon as I can - but please understand that there may be some delay, as I am a working artist and do not have staff who do this for me. If there are delays expected in shipping I will try and get in contact with you after you have placed an order and let you know the estimated timings for delivery.
For orders placed through my website, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details, once your order has been dispatched. I typically use Royal Mail, Parcelforce, UPS or DHL for UK and Worldwide shipping. If an artwork, for some reason, requires special packing I will use a specialist art logistics company.
If your order is suspicious in nature or flagged as high risk for fraud, under my Terms of Service I reserve the right to cancel an order. I will notify you if this is the case and discuss alternative payment options.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your address details are accurate when placing your order - under my Terms of Service you have a responsibility to let me know immediately if the shipping address you have provided is not accurate.

Will I pay tax on my order?
You may be liable to pay an import fee. This varies from country to country so I advise to check your own government website to see which rules apply to you.
