Refund policy

Damages and issues
Please inspect your artwork upon delivery and contact me immediately if the artwork is damaged or if you receive the wrong artwork, so that I can evaluate the issue. I take great care to inspect every artwork before it is sent to ensure it is not damaged.

Exchanges and refunds
As these are original, unique artworks generally I have a no-exchange policy - so a purchased artwork can not be exchanged for another artwork, or a refund given. This is because unfortunately I have had issues in the past with returned artwork.  As I am a working artist, and each unique work takes a lot of time to complete, this can be a problem for me as you may understand.  However I am happy to discuss this and will try to assist whenever I can.
